However, all sales are FINAL unless you have a legitimate claim to have received a damaged or defective item. All 'Sales' items are final sale, without exception.
To make a claim, we ask that you contact us with pictures showing the damage within 5 days of receiving the package. We may then ask you to ship the item back to us for an exchange. Depending on the nature of the claim we may take care of all Fedex Ground shipping charges. Only if the item is out of stock will we issue a refund.
