Kapok is a wonderful, benign, renewable resource highly sought after these days due to its health benefits. Kapok is long lasting and recycled by cushion producers whenever possible.

To remove dirt or white kapok particles simply vacuum. Or hang over a rail to clean like a carpet by hitting it with a broom stick. Exposing it to direct sun periodically can help remove odors and revitalize the kapok. Use your favourite spot removal technique as with any upholstery or carpet. Avoid getting the kapok wet as it may leave a stain. Dry cleaning or light shampooing may be an option. Use a needle and thread to close any seams if needed.

To make a claim, we ask that you contact us with pictures showing the damage within 5 days of receiving the package. We may then ask you to ship the item back to us for an exchange. Depending on the nature of the claim we may take care of all Fedex Ground shipping charges. Only if the item is out of stock will we issue a refund.
